This show covers all sorts of fishing and hunting as well as other items of special interest to the outdoors enthusiast. Over the years, cable companies changed hands several times, but the Illinois Outdoors show continued every week without missing one. Today, Illinois Outdoors is aired on four affiliates of Comcast Cable and TV17 Outdoors in the far western suburbs for a total of about 75 communities that receive the show via cable.
